Braeden's 2nd Birthday

So Tuesday was Kyleigh's boyfriends official brithday and we were really lucky to get to go and meet up with the Imhoff family to play at Bonkers! I think the kids had a lot of fun. Natalie and I got to catch up while Ryan, Reade and the older children played games. Reade and I also had the pleasure of taking the older children up into the bigger play area and taking them down the slide it was a blast. Braeden and Kyleigh really liked it and I was so amazed at how fast they could move through the areas and obstacles at their ages. Plus I think I used muscles I had not used in a long time. But needless to say it was a great time!

Getting Excited for Halloween

So while I am waiting on the photos from this weekend ( I left my camera at home so I had to rely on my my sister and my mom's husband for photos) I would post what Kyleigh is going to be for Halloween. My little angel is going to be a pumpkin. I got a really good deal on a cute costume from Gymboree.

So I cannot wait to get her in it and take lots of pictures!

It's Friday WooHoo

So it is Friday and almost time to go home. Which means I will not be able to post or read blogs probably until Monday. So I am going to share what we are goign to do this weekend. Tonight I have lots of boring old laundry to do and then we might go and play at Amy and Genna's house. Tomorrow Reade has to go help his dad do somethings at his house so Kyleigh and I are goign to make a trip to Hobby Lobby and finish up her room. After that we might go shopping with Jinah and then home to relax for the day. Sunday I am hoping it dries off enough to head to Hartsburg for the Pumpkin Festival with my sister. So it is going to be a very eventful weekend. And I cannot wait to post photos and updates.

And on the final note before I wrap this up to finish some work projects my mom got married today so I have to say congrats to my mom and her new husband Jim. I welcome my new step siblings and Jim in with open arms.

Long Long Time

Ok I have been really bad and have not posted in forever and I am being shunned for it. Therefore I am starting it up again so my family and friends can keep up with our daily lives. The last time I posted was almost a year ago and I don't think it is a coincendce that we are going to the Pumpkin Festival again this weekend and that was agian the last thing I posted about. I have added in our blog some recent photos of all of us but I will add a few more. Be prepared to see more entries more often.

Pumpkin Festival

Last weekend my mom and I took Kyleigh and her dog Grizzly to the Pumpkin Festival in Hartsburg, MO. We all had a lot of fun. My mom and I even got to take a wine tasting break. It was yummy. Kyleigh only got to drink juice and Grizzly he really got the short end of the stick with only getting water. So enjoy the photos. These are for you Diana!

Play Date in Jeff City

So last weekend Kyleigh and I had nothing planned on Saturday except to watch the Nebraska game with daddy when he got off work. So we decided to go to Jefferson City to see Natalie and Braden. Braden is one month and ten days older than Kyleigh. It was a really fun day we played, went to lunch, and even took a trip to Target. It turns out that Kyleigh was not feeling well all day due to some teeth that were trying to come in and Braden was learning about having friends and girls. He just wasnt sure what to make of Kyleigh playing with his toys. But it was a great day and I am so glad that Natalie and Braden invited us to play and we cannot wait to do it again!

Reade's Birthday

So I was informed by a good friend of mine that I am slacking on writing. So I am finally posting about Reade's brithday weekend. He turned 24 on September 27th and on Friday night I caught up on some sleep and house work after my stepmom and sister picked up Kyleigh. Then we went to a friends house and watched a movie and had a couple of drinks. Saturday I went and got my hair done it was a disater but in the end I got it fixed and I am now a brunette. On the bright side I found a new love seat and couch that day from Ashley furniture I will have to post a photo of that later.

Saturday night we went to the Duece with friends and had a few drinks. Reade got really drunk and I got tipsy after that we went home to have some alone time. I just didn't feel like going to any after party!

Sunday we went to Ashley furniture and bought our new coffee table and end table. Then we went to lunch with Ryan at taco bell. After that we headed down to my grandparents in Marshall where we met up with my parents, my sister, and my sisters boyfriend for some gifts and some cake. Reade got money, a new mizzou jacket, an ipod, and some mizzou headphones. It was a good day and I was happy to have Kyleigh back.
